We have created these plans to take some pressure off you.

We understand that life is not easy.

We ALL have days where we struggle to find a purpose and achieve positive things.

Simply follow one of our plans and by the end of the day you will feel better about yourself.

ONE

Sunset in the Forest

PUSH YOURSELF

Exercise

Just for 10 minutes. Stretch. Raise your heart rate. Put on some Music. Rush around your space and clean it up, tidy things.

This gets you moving !

Focus

Ok. Heart rate is good. Now have a Tea or Coffee. Whilst making and drinking focus on a few things we may like to get done today.

De-Clutter

Tidy up an area of your home. Throw away things not required. Clean this space. Making this area tidy will help your feelings of achievement.

Money

We should be feeling a little more motivated by now.

Look at your finances. Find something, however small, you can make a saving on. Make a call, tweak an online account. Get it done.

Food

Go out and buy something nice to eat today. 

Out Doors

Get outside and breath the fresh air. Go for a walk. 

Push yourself to work through these tasks.

Take the Afternoon Off

The activities you can do in the morning makes the afternoon feel more deserved. Treat yourself, rest, relax, socialise. Your mood should be better, knowing your day has not been wasted.
